Hey babygurl2342.

Welcome to the forum.

Are male or female? Your username denotes female, your profile male.
It's fine, however, there are gender specific characteristics, that sometimes
make the whole difference in dx and treatment of certain conditions.

It is difficult to tell, as there are many possibilities that match your symptoms.
Gut Dysbiosis, Candida, GAPS, IBS, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Gluten Intolerance, Celiac Disease, to name a few.

Try going grain and sugar free for a week! I suspect that you will feel better,
as in the above conditions carbs are usually the common denominator.
It is tough but nonetheless doable, specially when one is motivated.

If your symptoms persist or worsen you will need to see a doctor.
Let me know what you think.

Wish you well.
Niko

do you remember having diarrhea or nasal drip when it started or within a few weeks before it started?

it's difficult to say what is wrong, even for an experienced doctor.. probably something that will heal spontaneously over time.

you should talk about it with a doctor and do all basic blood works.
