Is this POTs or something else ?? Please help

I'm 35 years living in a hell since 6 months. I have many unexplained symptoms but I'm sure it is either POTS or Afib what is making my all this health problems
I am suffering from the following symptoms
1- a few of extra heart beats PAC & PVC. 2-sudden fatigue. 3-dizziness and light head and tingling in legs after a any short walking. 4- exercise intolerance. 4- feel shaky and unwell suddenly. 5-feel as under low blood presser and very nervous. 6- increase heart beats rate with standing. 7-shortness of breathing. 8- pain in the chest. 9- feel very tired after a bowl movement.

All of this symptoms come and go very suddenly and I thing it is increase with any exercise or waliking but it can disappear suddenly even during the exercises.

I made all the heart test EKG, Eco and holter all  of it is negative and no Afib shown. Last test was 2 weeks holter there is no Afib but during the test I get some mild symptoms but not as now very sever.

I made overall check up and blood tests all negative. Couldn't be POTS syndrome but why the symptoms suddenly on and off. I'm loosing my life in this.

Is it possible that Afib so hard to diagnoses what should I do??? Please help

I've had most of the same symptoms for almost a year now and I was recently diagnosed with POTS. Although the only time I had an arrhythmia was a few months ago and only the ER nurse saw it before my heart started behaving again. The echo didn't see anything weird and the blood tests were normal.
I'm not as experienced with atrial fibrillation but the symptoms you mention belong to POTS for the most part.
Go see your cardiologist and if they dot have answers, get them to refer you to another. Getting an official diagnosis is important and one of the harder parts of POTS (or at least more annoying).
If you want to rule out POTS, take your heart rate after lying down for ten minutes then take your heart rate for ten minutes after you get up quickly. If the increase is greater than 30bmp, it's probably POTS. Otherwise, you can rule it out as a likely possibility. I hope that helps a little and don't give up!
