epidural fibrosis

I have been diagnosed with epidural fibrosis (a looong time ago).  I have had a pain pump implanted for the past 5 years.  This is loosing its effectiveness.  My question is - is there anything new out there to help with pain control?  I've done all the shots, TENS units, narcotics, and currently the pain pump.  I am 41 yrs old and have been battling back pain since 1992 when I was in a car crash.
