Today i am very well thank you how about you?
Ah i see, i know what medications do i just dont bother keeping up to date with all the brand names you see, like lithium has many names and i just dont bother learning the new ones they bring out and market because i dont take medication :-/
please talk to your dr. soon and tell him this, the point of the meds is that you will not suffer with anxiety, if you are still having this problem, your meds aren't working for you.
hi, how are you?
i take all this pills not to sleep but to balance my mood swings and cycling
hi, i suffer a lot of from anxiety during the day but at night i can sleep. Just some days i wake up early than usual or i fell that i dont sleep well. But i cant complain about sleep :)
Thanks for this tip , maybe if i take part of seroquel during the day and part during the night can help me with my anxiety :)
Do you take all the seroquel at night? I found that the morning dose really helped with anxiety....once I'd got over the tranquilser effect, but for several months functioned OK with a morning dose too.
the seroquel should be helping you sleep, if you are still having anxiety and you aren't sleeping, your meds are not working. you need to see your dr. and they may need to take you off of some or all and change to something else.
It sounds like theyve got you a nice little three course meal of pills all worked out there. Are they giving any of those to you specificaly for sleep? Im unmedicated i dont keep up with the **** they dish out to people so i apologise.
We all suffer from sleep difficulties some of us dont even have a stable circadian rhythm the only way to realy get around it is to make your sleep patterns very routine and standardised and perhaps resort to drugs but i personally feel being dependent on drugs is not solving the problem simply masking its effects a little.
