It might be a case of vertigo.

At the bottom is a maneuver you can do at home. To read the chart do it like reading a clock. It only take about 5 minutes. I did it and it worked wonders.
No i am not detoxing i been going through this since i was a child. Like I said before alcohol was never the issue. in one of my post i stated the issue for my migraines. But like i said the dizziness and fatigue as well as nausea has always been there.
If you've really quit drinking then it sounds like you're going throught the DT's to me. That is a really common problem when detoxing. If that's it you might be able to take something OTC to help it out. There are some chewable pills called Nauzeam that stop the nausea within minutes and they don't make you sleepy. But if you are having DT's I doubt if it would help, but worth a try.
By "get it out," I'm assuming you mean feed the fish? Yes, my lithium has gone from 600 to 900, wellbutrin 100mg to 150mg, lamitcal 200 to 300, and seroquel 200 to 400. It seems like my inner ear is the thing causing the problem, not anything i've eaten. I don't know what to tell you, except talk to your doc about it. It could be that you've been fatigued more than usual. I have better days than others and it's beginning to wear off! I have to just say that nausea is the most miserable state to be in. You have my sympathy. I'd rather have a broken leg.
