I've met my 'soul twin'. It is so awesome to finally find a 'place & understanding' of me, & my illness, without being viewed as a freak. I am happy, extremely happy. I feel secure for the 1st time in forever. I'm not meaning this to sound like bragging, I just feel like sharing some GOOD NEWS! Tnks, Tres

I too have my twin! I do not, unfortunately, have an understanding of my own illness, which makes it very hard for him, I do not have a grasp on my moods, which makes it hard for him to wrap his mind around my mind. Thanks for sharing, I'm so happy for you to be at such a point, I can't wait to get there again, and hopefully the next time I'll be well for good!

Well to me in addition to staying in treatment and therapy, self acceptance is an essential part of recovery. I support what you are saying and it took even me a while to come to that point in life. Congrats..
