Agree about excercise and MUSIC! Especially MUSIC!
Hi....doing something you truly enjoy can really help. Listening to music that is positive and inspiring can really help, walking and sight seeing, people watching and writing are pretty good methods of calming the thoughts.

hi..I know what your going threw, I usually walk 3-5 miles aday 6 days week .today im as you are down and out, also very irritable. Have you been taking your meds? I messed with my lithium 2 weeks ago but back on 900mgs..yesterday I didn't take my A.M. lamctail maybe its that..i just wanted you to know your not alone today!!
