Mdoc/pdoc

I need both and have great insurance. Just here in Arkansas there isn't any. I had both till about 2 years ago and they left.  But I feel like I'm slipping away of a slow death. Any suggestions??

Yes I did some research online and this has a list of mental health clinics in your state. You could also try contacting your state's office of mental health as well as the organization NAMI. There are also agencies who could advocate if you are in need of help but waiting lists prevent you from being able to access it as this point. The same would be true for physical health care although the specific agencies would differe.
