Forgot to mention that these side effects can also lead to death. Hate to be so pessimistic, but want to make sure you know how important it is to talk to your doc/pharmacist about these symptoms.
Go to this website (I googled "seroquel xr side effects). Just copy and past to your web browser.

Some of your symptoms can be signs of very severe side effects that can lead to lifetime health problems. Talk to your doc or pharmacist about your symptoms. They will know better if they are severe enough for you to have to go off of the Seroquel. There are other meds out there that may help just as well.
I am still scared, but hubby was gone three nights and will be gone for four next month so I make it through. I block the bedroom doors, have the very large dogs up on the bed. I make it through.
The Seroquel xr is working well. I am clear headed. I do have short term memory loss but no more rapid, racing scattered thoughts. I have shaking in one hand.
All in all this medication is the best I have had in a long time and though I get backward thoughts and ideas of saying things that are really hurtful and inapropriate, I am able to calmly keep from saying them. Relationships with both daughters much better.
Thank you again,

I was on Seroquil for less than 2 weeks. It almost killed me, so we got me off of it as fast as we could, so I really can't help with that particular med. However, I do get shakes, sometimes pretty severe ones, in my hands. It happens randomly and then goes away for a while. But it makes my handwriting terrible when it happens.
I've had racing thoughts basically all my life. I control them with music. I've found that if I have music on, I can then tune out the music, and when I do that, I can also tune out the racing thoughts. Otherwise it gets physically painful to try and keep up with everything my brain is throwing at me.
Good luck,
~Dame
Know how you feel. Have been on many meds (will remain on them for life). I have or have had all the adverse effects that are listed on the instructions that accompany the meds. Shakes, memory, insomnia & so far only one hallucination. Thought someone was in room, not sure if I was awake/asleep ~ but I prefer all the side effects to the disordered mind that gives some really morbid thoughts/panic/anxiety/manias etc. ~So you're not alone. Hope that this indicates that you are not unique in this respect. Best wishes, George
