I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. I think we have all felt similar feelings at one point or another. Everything passes eventually. I know it doesn't seem like it, or maybe it feels like you can't see the end of the tunnel, but you have to remind yourself that you felt other thoughts that were just as hard at one point, and you made it throught that, just like you are going to make it through this. I hope you have someone you are able to speak with about how you are feeling. Or maybe you feel like you don't want to speak with anyone right now. It's vital to your well being though that you talk with someone..it doesn't have to be a close friend or anything like that...it could be a therapist, someone that has an unbiased opinion of what is going on. Take care, allie.
You need to get treatment, what you are feeling is perfectly fine and there's nothing wrong with it but right now is where you need to break the cycle and get some help - there is no failure in reaching out for help at any age and at a young age it is vital that you get the support and assistance you need.
You have talked before about hurting yourself and others - the reality is that you need to get some professional help right now for you - medication and management is the key to surviving bipolar and especially as a teenager where the most danger comes in with addictive behaviours and self harm.
please get help, we are here to help you as much as we can but right now collegebeauty is right - you need to see someone professional - If you feel like its all too much you must go to hospital and get some treatment and support.
We are all thinking of you. Get some help ok and come back and talk anytime.
Please go and talk to someone! PLEASE don't do anything bad to yourself! email me
