Depression Relapse

So I felt just fine going to sleep aside from the usual difficulty going to sleep and I think I've been depressed a bit lately due to events happening to me but I woke up just now feeling so much sorrow and so much depression I actually feel like vomiting because of it.  I'm not going to be able to work like this.  I didn't eat right before I took my medication which I'm supposed to but I ate a couple of hours before I took it and my stomach was still full so my question is what the hell went wrong with me?  Is it because I didn't eat RIIIIIGHT before taking it and the bioavailability went down or is it because of some other reason?  Should I wait it out and see if the next dose of medication gets rid of it or should I call the nurse at the place I go to?  The sorrow is nowhere near as bad as when I first woke up, it was the worst sh*t I've ever felt and I've been so depressed before that I couldn't move, but it's still lingering.

I know I'm replying late, but I just wanted to make sure u got through ur depression ok. I wanted to say that u need to make sure u take ur meds at the time u eat. 2 hrs is too late. Sometimes I have this problem cuz I'm not always hungry when I need to take my meds. If thats the case just try to eat something small. A package of crackers or even a piece of bread. Just make sure u have SOMETHING on ur stomach. Hope u got thru it ok. :)

For me there is a window of oppt. to make changes to combat depression. When I feel the depression comming on or I see changes in my feelings (depressive) that is the time I act.Sometimes gest changing my routine helps, getting outside, helping others, find something that excites me anything to alter the feelings and bring back the sunshine.Once I cross over to feeling, I have another big can of worms to deal with.
Good luck and I pray you don't go down the yellow brick road.
I believe there is a moment of clairty where we have some choices....take them now

I would suggest calling them as soon as you can. Medications that have the instructions that they should be taken with food mean at the exact time you take them. Since food is not always available I often take medications like that with milk. Ask if that's a possibility as its more portable.
