Thanks guys. I had an appt with my doc today. He said he doesnt think its related. My blood work came back perfect....my levels were very low... (.6) so he is increasing a little. 3 pills instead of 2 a day. Wont raise levels too much. I will get my blood done again in a couple of weeks.
I hope the RLS doesnt come again tonight! I think it is a side effect, but I also do think it will go away after a bit. I am just gonna play it by ear....he told mke to call him if it got worse. or anything else changed. i have a very supportive dr. i am very grateful for that.
thanks for your help guys!

Between the Seroquel and the Lithium, my restless legs were driving me bonkers! I was having to take ativan at night to stop it, and it still took a while. I would still and wack my legs until the ativan kicked in. I'm off the Lith for other reasons, I'm borderline diabetic, which I just developed and not too safe on Lith, though the drug worked soooo well! I also had knee pain. It seems to be going away, but even almost a month off it, and they still hurt. I'm taking Glucosamine, at it't kicking in, I have arthritis in my back, and after only 3 weeks, I see a difference. Talk to your pdoc, and get some blood tests done to be safe, you should on Lith anyways. I hope this helps.
i had restless leg syndrome at the start but it went after couple of weeks. also developed fine tremor in hands, could live with that! talk to you doc and see if it needs to be adjusted.
Its not a common side effect that I have read about but it can in fact happen if you have fine motor tremors which cause the muscles to pulsate - I had this from another drug.
Do you have the shakes in your hands and legs?
If so these will subside and ease as the lithium beds in - I would be speaking to your doctor.
