I thanksfull for all i ask you becouse isee u have more information from our iranian psychistrist u know my sister has mental  didorder from 4years ago  and alot of doctors i have seen thay are thirsef in dupt thay are also no good in english language  thus iam hopless  ur wery well egucated living in developed cuntry  i will tell u all  her signs and u please ask a doctor and u can serching and give me a good result letter i will go  to doctor by alot of information  she always like to hearing music and duncing  like to buy krezy toy things  like to have all kind of nice dress to make makup to brush  her face always like to visit her school mate some other fraind  and any time she is a littel free she start talking and laghing with hersef  but she not have depressing sign no sad no carring ok some time if some one make her angry  and other ting she not eating good  after we asking alot and she ask defirent food and letter she will choose some of them  please u be kind and do do somthing for my sister here also one hundred time interned cutted until i have read to u this few word  i wish for all to been alwsys in helth

Try contacting Tehran Psychiatric Institute, School of Behavioral Sciences and Mental Health for psychiatrist and information in Persian. Website is in Persian.

If her current pscychiatrist is not well informed enough than try a different one. We sometimes try different pscychiatrist too.

I wish I could help your sister. We can't ask the pscychiatrist here in the states about someone else because they need to see that person to make any evaluations. Your sister needs a pscychiatrist, they can help her. Do your research on the Internet and bring it into the dr. Pscychiatrist know more about mental illness than just a general dr. I do understand your frustration and you care so deeply for your sister and getting her the right help. See if you can find a pscychiatrist even if it is far from where you live in your village.
That would be best for your sister. Take care.
