MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.
I believe it is time to seek the opinion of an infertility expert. There can be many different causes of infertility. The male causes of infertility are abnormal sperm production or function; problems with the delivery of sperm, overexposure to certain chemicals and pesticides etc.Fallopian tube blockage or damage, endomteriosis, hyperprolactinoma, ovulation disorders, hormonal imbalances, uterine fibroids are few causes of infertility related to females. A general physical examination and semen analysis of your husband is essential. A complete health history, menstrual cycle and sexual habits, a general physical examination and work up like blood hormone levels, pelvic ultrasound and HSG may be helpful. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
