IM CONFUSED PREGNANT OR THE IUD playing tricks on me . PLEASE HELP

Hey everyone quick question I got the mireno IUD last month on the 18th, because I was diagnosed with PCOS. Anyway the first period was super heavy . this is my second period since I got the IUD. And I'm already having pregnant symptoms. Me and my boyfriend are having sex like rabbits. Excuse my language. And yes its unprotected and everything we been together for 5 years and we are trying to have a baby. So I'm super excited. I took a home prego test it said negative. I can't tell the difference between a period or spotting. Because right now it a come decent then wont bleed at all. Til 4 hours later. And its blood only when I wipe. So is that consisderd spotting ?.,really need advice because I'm hoping to be pregnant. Don't want a class pregenacy. Some people say it can mean your body oa rejecting the IUD. I dont think.so. please help ladies.need advice or an answer

The IUD prevents pregnancy even if your using it to help heavy periods and the mirena causes spotting sometimes your period will go away all together you could get pregnant just like with any other birth control but it's not likely I have the mirena too and I only have some spotting I don't have regular periods if you want to get pregnant you should get the mirena removed

You're not supposed to try to get pregnant while you have an IUD implant.  In fact, getting pregnant while you have an IUD is very, very dangerous and you could die and your baby will definitely not make it.

If you are trying to get pregnant then it doesn't make sense why you'd be using birth control? That defeats the purpose of trying to get pregnant?
