I had one done also after my 4th baby was born. My dr told me if I ever chose to have one more I could have a reversal done within a period of 9yrs. I honestly cant say if it can be done because I got sick 2 yrs after my little one was born my dr wanted to give me a yr to have one more baby but my marriage was already lost so having another child was not in my plans. I had to get a partial hysterectomy due to my constantly getting sick. I in some way agree with the above but you also got to consider if you were to divorce or should you someday become a widow (god forbid) keep in mind 4 kids are more than 2 hands full. Being a single parent is no an easy task. (Doable) but not easy. Its nice to have that option. But not always the best one. Think about it. If you have any concerns as to if it have any kinds of physical changes on you. It had none on me.  Best of luck with what you decide.

Tell your husband to get a vasectomy.  We hear from so many women on this site who regret their tubal ligations, often because they get a new partner and want to give him a child.  Even if your husband is the love of your life and you are sure this will never happen, for some women it does through death or divorce, and tubal ligation is really hard to reverse.
