Itchy vilva and anis one week after mirena removal

Hi everyone, i am a 24 year old woman. About 3 weeks ago i got my mirena iud removed after almost 5 years along with a pap smear . Results came back that i was positive for hpv and had bacterial vaginosis . Gave me some anti biotics and i was fine for a week, bv was gone . But i was still itching . Just got a leep procedure done two weeks ago and i am now healing from that , but still itchy .Went to the emergency room thinking my bv came back and it didnt. So they said it could be because my hormone levels are off from getting the mirena removed and thats the reason why im itchy. Did a follow up with my dr and said that could be the reason too. She gave me birth control pills and said give it at LEAST a month for the itch to subside Where im trying to get at Is has anyone else had this problem or heard of that before ? Could getting my birth control removed make me itch like this ?

Its not an itch that keeps me up at night, im not even red , i just have this itch all the time and its driving me crazy , any advice or birth control removal stories of your own would be great !!
