High leukocytes and low lymphocytes

Hello everyone,

After 5 hiv tests (all duo tests) which were negative until 12 weeks I still had strange symptoms, and the last one was a strange flu which passed after 3 days (no fever or head aches but only nose water).

After this passed at 2 days after I had high fever, chills, throat in pain, fatigue.
At the 2nd day I went to urgency room at hospital due to my abnormal condition and they did some blood tests with the following results being abnormal:

Leukocytes:

WBC 16.06 m/mm3 (range 4 to 10)
Lym% 8.6% (range between 15 to 40)\
N/Gr% 82.8 (range 30 to 70)
N/Gr# 13.3 # (range 0.9 to 10)

Erythrocytes

MRBC 11.4 % (should be <8)

Thrombocytes

MPLT 11.3 % (should be <8)

Could I please have your opinions in what could it be?
Could it be leukemia?

Please help since I fill ill continuously since 3 months ago and I don't know what to do anymore.
No doctor from here could tell me exactly what it is.
