Blood test results; Immature Granulocytes#, Immature Platelet Fraction, & NRBCS#

One of my most recent blood tests (CBC W/ Auto Differential) came back showing abnormal levels for Immature Granulocytes#, Immature Platelet Fraction, and NRBCS#. Other than those, everything else was normal. Results for the 3 are below:

Immature Granulocytes#: <0.03 K/MM3 (HIGH)
Immature Platelet Fraction: 0% (LOW)
NRBCS#: <0.01 K/MM3 (HIGH)

My Cardiologist ordered the blood test when ordering different test. The follow-up appt. I had with him, we didn't go over the results from the blood test as the other test was the primary test we needed/wanted. I assumed everything was normal, anyways, since he didn't say anything about the blood test but then I received an email, from the place that did the blood work, with the results. Should I be concerned about these results? Should I schedule an appt. with a specialist to research it further? If so, who?

Thank you!
