Freaking myself out!!!!

I'm really honestly freaking out!!! I'm constatey dizzy and feeling out of my body and just a horrible feeling :/ I have these episodes when my vision goes funny numbness travels up my arm to my face and then it's gone and then I just feel as if my body isn't mine :/ and voices sound diffirent like more high pitch :/ can someone tell me If this is a brain tumour or not??? Arg

I had the very same problem just weeks ago and have been diagnosed with eustachian tube dysfunction, which is basically a blockage of the tube leading from your inner ear to the back of your throat, it's probably nothing serious although I would consider going to your gp, I was prescribed a steroid nose spray and the problem went in no time

There is no way to tell - without seeing a doctor. So please go see a doctor. It can be something simple like ear or sinus issue that cause vertigo - and that can be very disorienting.

Go see your GP or an ENT and they can evaluate you and if it is something more serious - it will be picked up there. Do let us know how it all turns out.
