Of course it is more complex - that is why you need to see a doctor, in person.
yea. well its more complicated then that. i have a ringing ear, a temporal headache bothered vision all on the right side. no one can tell me what its from. i want to sit in a dark room with quiet and i cant even do that because i have the ringing thats been getting louder month by month.
This community is all patients - and even if you posted with the doctors, no one is going to make a medical call based on little information without an exam, history etc. You have to see a doctor in person.
The congestion in the maxillary sinus sounds like plain sinusitus like we all get and for that please see an ENT. I have found per my ENT and nice bowl of steaming hot salty water, hang your head over it with a towel over your head to capture the steam can do a lot to clear the sinus.

The impressions sound like a variant on the Dandy-Walker syndrome that I mentioned before.
Your doctor or a geneticist can give you more information.
impressions.
1. no acute intracranial process
2. mega cisterna magna, congential variant
I don't think you gave the entire report. Is the report for you (an adult) or for a child?
I am only a layman - but the mega cisterna manga appears to be associated with Dandy Walker Syndrome which is a genetic syndrome.
You should get more information from your doctor.
