what's wrong with me?

I am having serious issues with severe depression..am 41 (almost) and had a partial thyroidectomy in 1994 (Graves Disease)..had thyroid tests, Tsh, T3, T4,my tsh is normal but T4 low..I have many other symptoms but my doctor just keeps telling me I'm just depressed..already on anti-depressant but not completely resolving my symptoms.  Could I have a pituitary problem?
