Atypical interductal hyperplasia

After needle and surgical biopsies, which come back atypical, what is the protocol for follow up care.  IE.  mammograms,  MRI, breast exams, etc.  I haven't been able to find any  information other than very vague information.

I had a lumpectomy for atypical hyperplasia and in no way had to have radiation and as far as hormone therapy that is up to you if you feel its something you want to do, I did not think the increased risk made it necessary and the surgeon agreed.  Theyre was no cancer so why would you need radiation?

I would think you might have been recommended some treatment following the diagnosis of ADH. Often lumpectomy is followed by radiation and possibly hormone therapy. How long ago was your surgical biopsy?? No referral to an oncologist ?? I seem to have more questions that you but additional surgery and Oncology referral is usually standard for ADH.    Regards
