i think its a milk gland
i have a big lump in my breast. i ususally had them but they seem to go in other places, but this one hurts even if im not touching it. whe n i touch it . it hurts pretty good. what do i do. doesn mamogram expensive. i live around poverry level i have not much money.

If I were you I wouldn't "assume" anything when it comes to a lump in your breast. I don't think this would be a "milk gland". In most areas there are offers of Free Mammograms for those who can't afford them or there are Clinics where you can be seen for a breast exam which might lead to whatever testing is necessary. Anything new / different that you find in the breast needs to be examined by a Dr. as soon as possible. You might call your local Hospital and ask about what may be available for low income and uninsured persons. Regards .....
