Blue 'Bruise' on Breast
I have had a blue 'bruise-like' spot on the lower part of my left breast for almost a year. I also have some pain in the area. Nothing showed up on last year's mammogram and I even had a digital mammogram due to my complaint of breast pain. Is this IBC? The bruise-like spot is not going away.

It's not IBC, and I doubt this is breast cancer related.
Mostly also, bc does not hurt and it appears that the area of concern has remained unchanged.
Yet, I do understand your concern and get a second opinion.
preferrably not a cancer doctor as they are only ficused on cancer and not helpful when it's not.
