Not sure why you would press ice cubes on them but that has nothing to do with the current size of your breasts.

Consider yourself very lucky that your breasts are healthy.

Your breast size is also somewhat in proportion to your weight. So, if you are thin and then gain weight, your breasts will usually also get bigger, and vice versa. Katrin

Hi,
Although this Forum deals only with breast cancer issues,I'll try anyway to answer your question.
For all those women who ask for the secret on how to increase breasts size,I would say, be happy with what you have because there is not much you can do to increase your current size.(with the exception of plastic surgery that can give excellent and permanent results).
Chest size (like hair/eye/skin color) is determined by genetics alone and there is nothing that can be done to influence it, particularly after the chest is fully developed (which typically happens in late teens when the chest stops growing).
I know of many women that found an increase in breast size, after giving birth.
You could ask your doctor to see if there is something available that can help your situation, but as far as I know, there are no miracle pills to increase breasts size.
Take care...
