I am 18 years old and i occasionally experience breast discomfort in random parts of my breast. what could this be?

What you are experiencing is just what you describe ... some discomfort in your breast. At your age hormones are very active and breast discomfort and even pain is NOT unusual. If you have serious concerns then a visit to your family Physician for a breast exam would be a good idea. Take care ...
