Hi there.

It is very rare for women your age to have breast cancer and the youngest I have seen is about 25 years old.  However, I understand your concern about this breast lump.

Breast lumps in your age group are more commonly caused by fibrocystic disease or fibroadenoma which represents an unusual response of the breast tissues to hormonal changes.  These are physiologic or benign changes and may disappear in accordance with your menstrual cycle.  If persistent, however, I would suggest that you have this seen by your doctor.

Regards and God bless.
