The skin on your breast is the same as skin on any other part of your body and is subject to the same problems. I would treat this problem the same way you would if these pimples were on anywhere else. If pimples are a big problem for you I would suggest that you see a Dermatologist who might have a simple solution to prevent them from occuring in the future. Regards ....
