Found a lump in Breast, feeling VERY anxious, what could it be ?

So today i was doing a self examination and I felt a round hard lump the size of my thumb under my left breast under my nipple. It does hurt when pressed and does slightly move when i try moving it, of course the first though that came to mind was possible Breast Cancer the thing is im 20 years old and I have heard that it is rare for woman my age to get it, but it is a possibillity , ive been trying to look up what It is online and things like cysts or lipoma are popping up, I would usually go to the doctor to check it out but my health insurance expired , I just need an idea of maybe what it could be as I am feeling very anxious and stressed about it , any comment or idea on this helps, thank you .

Health insurance or not you definitely should have this checked out very soon. True that at your age BC is not at all common but that doesn't mean something like this should be ignored !  If you are unable to afford a visit to the Dr I'm sure you would have access to a free or low cost clinic in your area. This could certainly be either a cyst or fibroadenoma (a benign breast tumor); both fit the description you have posted. At this point any Physician would be appropriate such as your Gyn to do a breast exam and perhaps an Ultrasound to help in identifying the nature of this lump. May I suggest that you NOT continue to look up various things online .... only a Medical Professional is qualified to deal with problems such as yours. I would think you have seen a Dr at some point and even though you are without health ins. at the moment you should call his/her office to inquire about being seen regarding this issue.  Best wishes and Kindest regards ...

Good for YOU !!!!  I think the information you find on the internet is reliable enough but it's so general it rarely applies to the individual person. Even with Breast Cancer, and there are several types, each case is different in many ways from the next one. I have found that most information will deal with only one possibility and that can be very misleading since each of our bodies are very unique in the way they respond to any situation. We're also hoping that your issue will be a simple one and easily dealt with. Once again, CONGRATS on doing the BEST thing for your well being. Please don't hesitate to return and add to your post with any other questions or concerns; we're here for you ..... Take care
