I know. She has had cancer too and that is ashamed she has made me feel I lost my breast for no reason. I am moving on. I am fifty years old last thing I need is a sister to police and monitor my life. From now on I tell her nothing. So immature. Thanks for the support.

I say print some information out and hand it to her with the word "Cancer" highlighted every single place it appears.

Maybe eventually the Dr. MIGHT be able to straighten her out but someimtes people just have to believe what they believe .... no matter how foolish it seems to the rest of us.  Take care & Good Luck .....

Not much .... she's your Sister LOL. Just being curious but what does she think it is and why do they call it cancer ?? Don't worry, procedures like bilat. Mastectomy aren't done for just the experience. As you well know it's done to give one the very best chance of a cancer free survival. I'd say she's really DEEP into that ?? wonderful place we call DENIAL. Just let her think what she wants to think I suppose .... I certainly wouldn't waste any time trying to change her mind.  Take care .....
