Hello Madam,

Thanks

I m 24 years. Madam actually i m very much tensed because of this. I have done a lot to reduce them. I have taken lots of medicine like Tibittan medicine and Homeopathy Medicine still not getting any positive response. You had read my first post I had already operated but after my operation i found lots of lumps especially in my right breast (7-8 lumps anticlockwise). It always tensed me. I just want to remove them but without doing any operation. Scars of my first operation is clearly visible which is always embarrassing me that's why I don't want to do any more. Just advice me what should i do to remove them. I cannot tell you how much i am tensed whenever i saw my scars it always hurt me.......... its not too much paining but it always pained (like pinching needle) whenever my mensuration comes. Is this dangerous for me in future??? My father recently passed away because of Pancreatic Cancer. Now after this i m very much panic. I don't want to face the same condition in my life. Please help me.

Dennis no longer answers questions on this Forum. I have read your previous post as well as his answer and it is true that small Fibroadenomas only need to be watched and not removed unless they are quite large or are causing you pain or trouble. These tumors seem to be realated to the menstrual cycle and may vary in size and also in the amount of discomfort they cause you. I'm not quite in agreeement with not drinking as much water during these times .... we should always drink at least 8 full glasses of water daily. This is a breast condition that effects a great many women and something that must be tolerated as best you can.  I would certainly continue to have Ultrasounds every year to ck. on these tumors and any new ones that may develop. I'm not all that familiar with what Homeopathic remedies that you might be taking but there is no real cure for this condition. If the pain is too severe you could always take some over the counter pain medication that you might take for pain in any other part of your body. Since these may be related to hormonal changes in the body it is often advised to reduce the amount of caffeine that you consume.  Kindest regards .....

Hi.
Fibroadenomas are benign breast masses.  The cause of which is unknown, but it may be related to hormonal changes in the body.  Observation can be done especially if they are not producing any symptoms.  Excision can also be done especially for symptomatic lesions.  They may recur even after complete excision.
You may opt to continue observing the small lumps or pursue further tests like a breast ultrasound or mammography.
Regards.
