invasive ductal carcinoma breast grade1

My wife has been diagnosed having invasive breast cancer in her left breast grade 1
Radical mastectomy with limp node clearance has been done. The lymph nodes are free from cancer cells.
What adjuvant treatment does she need now.?

This discussion is related to chemo - yes or No.

Hi,
I am sorry your wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.
The treatment she would need, depends on many things. For example, the size of her tumor, her ER-PR status, her overall health, risk factors etc..Her Oncologist/Surgeon are  the only ones who can plan a specific treatment for her particular situation.
If you or your wife have any doubts at all, regarding the treatment that has been recommended,a second or even a third opinion from other Oncologists, would be most valuable to decide what is the best treatment for your wife.
I hope your wife is doing well under the circumstances.
Wishing you both the very best...

Hi,

No one over the Internet could make recommendations regarding treatment  for your wife's specific case better than her own  treatment team, who would have all the details of her medical history and all the relevant reports regarding her breast cancer.

Best wishes to both you and your wife,
