Should I Be Concerned?

Hi, I'm 60 and a few days ago felt a burning under arm when using a spray. Last night was itching and found a hard, pea sized nodual in same armpit. This morning discovered a second little lump in same. Should a dr appt be made TODAY or should I wait and watch? Thank you and a pleasure to join this community.

For these lumps to appear so suddenly after using the spray seems to be related to that and that alone. I certainly wouldn't use it again and you might wait a week or so (if you have no other sypmtoms) before seeing the Dr. From what you describe this certainly sounds like some type of skin irritant. Since you state your age as 60 I trust that you are doing self breast exams monthly and seeing your Dr. for an exam on a yearly basis as well as having yearly Mammograms.   Regards .....
