Hi.
At you age, and if you have no family history of breast cancer,I don't think that the pain your are experiencing has anything to do with breast cancer, particularly because the pain is bilateral. Also pain in the breasts is the most common condition in your age group because of hormonal fluctuation in the body.If your Doctor is suspecting that you have a lipoma, this is a benign condition (not cancer),but a biopsy is needed to make sure that it is.
To lessen the pain in your breasts, try to avoid caffeine intake( coffee, chocolates and colas).
If your biopsy confirms that the lump is a lipoma, you can have it surgically removed if it's painful, enlarges or restricts movement.
Best wishes and I hope your biopsy results will be a benign finding.
