What could be causing a pulling feeling in my right breast?

I am a 70 year old woman, who experiences some pulling /burning feeling occasionally in my right breast.  What could it be?  I had my last mammography 6 months ago and it was fine.  I have no lumps, just that pulling feeling sometimes.  Please email me

Thank you for responding.  What you mentioned may be my problem.  I have had some pain occasionally by my rib cage .  At one point years ago, I thought I was having a gallbladder attack, which turned out to be nothing.  Yet at times I get a quick pain under my breast.  Now it's just a pulling sensation at times.  Could all be due to the prior issue I was having.  I am going to check with my doctor.

Hi,
Pain in the breast could be due to many causes...Could be infection, cysts, injury to the breast tissue,a pulled muscle, Costochondritis ( inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone) including an improper posture,etc...
As you can see there are so many factors that cause the pain you are describing.I would advise you to have your breasts examined preferably by a Breast Specialist so that your condition can be evaluated by proceeding with further testing ,if necessary, to rule out any serious problem.
Wishing you all the best...
