It is indeed very uncommon in young people, but I recently read a newspaper article about a 3-yr-old who was treated for BC, so we should always be cautious.

The fact that you feel the a lump in each breast makes it even less likey that it could be cancer. It is very rare for cancer to be bilateral (in both breasts) when detected.
But follow RTRM321's good advice, because we should always be cautious, and because it will most likely quickly give you peace of mind.

Chances are slim that you have breast cancer, but you should see your doctor and show her/him the lumps you are concerned about. A breast ultrasound may be ordered to see if you are feeling a real nodule, a cyst or breast tissue.
