I  AGREE WITH JAPDIP.. I do not find this  small increase in your tumor marker alarming, although I do understand how this may worry you. On the other hand, a benign appearing  CD scan is also no guarantee that all is, and/or will be perfect.

I am truly speaking from experience. My tumor marker went up 300 pints in four weeks but in-between all the regular tests there were also much lower ones?

i can always tell what my tumor marker is/will be by the way I feel, and have not been wrong yet. on the other hand, feeling sick may also with many people be completely unrelated to their tumor markers, even with a history of cancer.

My advice to you is to have your tumor markers checked in certain regular intervals, or if you start feeling like something is really not right. i find the test quite telling but not alarming in your case and with those ever so slight changes?

I don't think any of us will ever be completely worry free; worry and uncertainty comes with the territory, and by that I mean more than anything our 'worry awareness'. People who have not been diagnosed with cancer do not worry to the extent we do but that does not mean that realistically they have no reason to do so?

Anyway, take care

So many things can elevate this value ... and basically on a rise of 12 doesn't seem all that drastic. I've seen increases of more than 100 and often due to some irrelevant cause. If your scans are OK I wouldn't be too concerned, especially with such a small increase in the numbers.  Regards ....
