    Thanks for your respond.   My sister takes Letrofem (Lerozole) and want to know if that's same as Femara. the Letrofem is very expensive and I'm not sure is affective as the other brand name.

I don't understand your question .... if you mean the difference between Femara and Letrozole .... if you mean the difference between the two names there isn't any. Letrozole is the Generic Name for Femara. Regards ....
