It was my pathology report from a steriotatic biopsy.  I had a lumpectomy Friday and hope to get results by Wednesday.  My surgeon just waved it off and said ah I don't pay attention to all that hahaha, so I think he is waiting for more conclusive results. No idea.

Yikes! I hope you weren't just handed this cryptic path report, sent on your way and not given any lay explanation! Where was your doctor, surgeon, oncologist? Is this report from a core needle biopsy? Sometimes more information comes from biopsy of the whole mass.

I think having too little information can be worse than none. You can scare yourself silly doing too much reading on the web.  We shouldn't have to resort to internet searches and groups like this to get such basic information as benign or malignant!
Best to you!

The only thing I came uo with was for "absence of myoepithelial cells" and it said malignancy...so I stopped.

Those pathology reports are ****,aren't they!

I've been Googling for several nights now,and having good results.

Best results with right key words, sometimes takes a try or two to get them right

Hattie.
