possible Breast Cancer

I recently observer Breast lumps. My Ultrasound report reads like as below: Please advise. Thanks

USG Breast shows hetrogenous architecture of breast parenchymal tissue.
Lobulated, ill-marginated complex mixed echogenecity mass with > three lobulations noted at 1-2 O'clock position peri-aerolar region. Surface is showing evidence of focal areas of micro-lobulations / spiculaitons. Mass measures 1.9 cm * 1.5cm with multiple areas of Width AP ratio of  <1.4. Internal echoes are heterogenous with absence of enhance - through transmission. Posterior wall of mass is indistinct and illdefined.
No distinct pseudo-capsule or lateral edge refraction evident. No evidence of halo / oedma noted in the peripheral soft tissue.
Regio of the mass is showing dis-organization of the fibrous septas. Rest of the surrounding breast parenchyma is showing no disorganization.

Fine speckled calcifacation noted scattered in the focal areas of the mass with no evidence of internal necrotic changes.
On CDI , no evidence of neo-vascularization noted in the mass. Peri-nodal region is showing rim of arterial vessel with R.I of 17 and PSV of 6.34cm/sec.

The echo reflectivity is corresponding to predominantly gladular parenchyma with minimal fatty component. Ducts are identifiable and of normal calibre. Prepectoral fascia is intact and well identified.

Superficial structures of skin subcutaneous tissues are showing evidence of retraction and altered configuration. Retromammary space and periareolar/subareolar tissues are normal with normal echopattern.

Findings are suggestive of : Mixed echogenecity mass - BIRADS 0

That certainly is good news as far as Cancer is concerned .... we are always thankful for that.
Mastitis is all too common and I must say it can be VERY difficult to treat. Antibiotics would be the first plan of attack and I hope that you will be starting treatment very soon. There may be more information available to you and your Physician with the MRI final report but a biopsy would not be required for Mastitis. Most likely your regular Dr. would treat this condition. Hi,

I have gone through MRI and FNAC test.
FNAC report results are :

NO ATYPICAL / MALIGNANT CELLS seen.

Features are suggestive of ACUTE SUPPURTIVE MASTITIS.

Please advise further. Will Biopsy be needed further.

From the description of the mass that was identified on film, this is definitely something to be concerned about. As stated at the end of the report (BIRADS 0) there needs to be additional investigation into this matter. I would think the next step would be a Mammogram and possibly a Breast MRI which would give a better picture of the problem. After that a Biopsy of some type may well be advised. I suggest that you discuss this first report with your Physician and obtain a referral to a Breast Specialist / Surgeon. Other than the one mass which definitely needs immediate further attention I see nothing else of concern. Please proceed with additional testing ASAP. Kindest regards .....
