I answered your previous post,which is very similar to this one.If you are having an additional Ultrasound test and still nothing shows up,I think the best thing to do is to ask your doctor to consider a biopsy which is the only way to make sure what this lump represents. Fibroadenomas are solid lumps that are usually painless,round or oval, firm and movable and have smooth edges.Unlike a Fibroadenoma,a cancerous lump will have a spiked or irregular outline and feel bumpy (not smooth) when palpated.
In any case,a nodule that is hard,painless and not movable,should always be fully investigated.
