Do i have oral cancer ??? please help doctors.

Within this month I have smoked a lot under pressure, my sleeping pattern was changed completely, irregular eating habit and more of spicy junk food, I noticed my tongue getting white, later it went away, now I have a deep cut like wound at the base of tongue, after examining i found a small whitish pus bulge around the wound, now it is paining, can feel the cut, since last month I have been ignoring oral hygiene. This wound has really scared me. Need help from doctors, my mouth does get dry at times, and bad breath is a problem as well.

Am i suffering from tongue cancer ??? Need help plzzzz, I am really scared.

today i tried to see a bit deep into my throat, there are pus postules on the wall of tonsils, and i feel something stuck in the throat when i try to swallow...
and the sore i have under the base of tongue is completely painless and has a small white bulge inside the sore and its been three days after i saw it, it is still not healing at all.

i am gargling with betadine twice a day.
as soon i reach back to india within 4 days i will definately visit an ENT for sure.

i am really scared now...
i read the link you gave.
as soon as i saw this painless sore and the symptoms i felt... i stopped smoking... i swear i wont smoke ever again in life.

When you are stressed it is very normal to get different uncomfortable sensations such as hot flashes, tingling, etc. If you had oral cancer you probably would have lost weight. Lichen planus is not dangerous and does not have any link with oral cancer, or any cancers actually, whatsoever. If you can, try to relax a little more, or if you are extremely stressed, get help from other sources. Again, I really doubt that it is oral cancer, you are simply stressed and quite young for oral cancer.

Definitely, I am very stressed since last 3 months.
i do get tingling sensation in ears at times.
sometimes the lower mandible pains, especially after eating.
i have put on a lot of weight within 4 months, almost 12 kg approx.
i do have a history of lichen Planus, it is still there on my foot.

As you said to visit doctor, as soon as i read your post, i went n showed it to the ENT specialist, He has asked me to gargle with Betadine solution...

I am very stressed at the moment...

The pressure Probably changed your eating habit and sleeping pattern. Are you stressed? It very likely is not oral cancer. Sounds like a regular wound caused by the spicy food.  it might be infected however since you described pus being in it. You'might need an antibiotic for it. If the wound does not go away in 2 weeks see your doctor. Keep me updated.
