Un-neutered Cat

So my 7 year old cat is un-neutered and for some time I have been seeing something dry and blackish on his testicles. Could it be dry blood? Should I have him neutered and is this something serious? Thanks

Neutering/spaying your pets (unless you are a breeder) is always a good idea.  Have your vet give your cat a checkup when you go in to make the appointment for the procedure. :)

i would get him neutered.  unneutered cats have a habit of spraying and it also helps control the cat population in your area.  idk if he goes outside but if he does and there is a female cat in heat in the area that is where he will be going.  as far as whats on his testies idk what that would be but if your worried about it i would have him checked by a vet
