Cat not pooping, eating very little

Yesterday my cat was not eating, but was still pooping normally. She was also throwing up. Today my cat is eating less than usual, isn't pooping, and isn't playing or being outgoing as usual. And just to note she regularly licks ice cubes, and drinks water but not as often since I have been giving her little bowls of just ice. Should I take her to the vet? Is it an emergency or something to worry about?

We lost our Chessie Bear to a congenital heart condition, but she was 12.

Some times there is no why other than that.

Gods Bless and I hope the diagnosis is wrong.

I'm so very sorry to read this update, I hope it can be treated. It must be congenital seeing she's so young, sending you some (( hugs))

Another update: She has a heart condition. She hadn't reached dehydration yet. She may not survive... She's s only 6. Why must this happen to her? Why HER?! Why?!?!

Update: She went to the vet and she had a temperature of 104 (normal is 100-102). He doesn't think it is constipation because she is just throwing up what she eats. She doesn't go outside very much and has never been with another animal except for birth. She is kind of a medical mystery right now so he gave her some steroids and some shots to take away her stomach ache.

Maybe is not an emergency yet, but you better not wait til it be one.
The more you wait for , more chances of the thing get worse, not eating and throwing up will cause her dehidratation pretty soon.
Believe me, when it comes to cat  business, you better look for vets at the first wrong  or diferent thing
