I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, poor little ones never had a chance against this deadly virus. He enjoyed a loving home for a short time, I too hope you will choose another and this time a healthy robust little one tht will fill your home with joy for a very long time
Oh JBird,
This is what I am always afraid of when I ask for updates. I am so very sorry to hear this. It would be such a wonderful world if love and caring could heal all disease.
You are absolutely right. Panluke is deadly especially in kittens . Very sorry you had to lose one so young that you were just getting to know.
God Bless you for TRYING. That is all we can do.
Thank you for getting back to us. Even though it is sad to hear, we still want to know about the little ones we have come to know through our posters.
Please don't give up trying to make a difference. Adopt another shelter cat whenever you can, they are truly loving creatures.
Hope to hear from you again with another kitty in your care.
Sincerely,
CML
Sad to report the adopted kitten, was taken to the Vet reviewed for Panluke and FIP. The kitten died as well as two others of same litter. These kittens were found abandon and then taken in by caring individuals. Although he received his vaccine, prior to our receiving the kitten, we feel it was ill from the very onset of its life but too young to detect and to weak to fight any virus.
Hi J,
Could you please give us an update on you kitten. Has she stopped vomiting! She will get very dehydrated if still vomiting. Important to get her to the vets.
Let us know how it is going...Please? We worry too!

Always take to a Vet if a kitty isn't holding down their food....especially if other complaints such as lethargy!
Meanwhile tell us what type of diet/brand of food Ru feeding? Some cats will 'meatloaf' dry food (swallow to much to fast) and vomit it up
Was there undigested food in wht she brought up or was it just bile?
Hi Jbird,
Yes, well if poor baby is throwing up hydrochloric acid that is pretty bad. I think it make look like that, but is probably bile. Has she gone to the bathroom ok. Check her box. If not she may have a blockage.
Either way, my advice is do not take any chances and get her to a Vet ASAP.
Please keep us posted.
THanks,
CML
