5 Week Old Kitten one eye and swollen

We took in a stray that was pregnant and her kittens are about 5 weeks old now. Only one of the kittens seems to have any problems. One of her eyes hasn't opened and her head seems to be a bit misshapen. It appears to be swollen on the top of the head a tad but nothing severe. Sometime within the last 24 hours her balance has started to go. She'll be alright for most of the day but then after we put the compress on her eye she seems to have a hard time standing up on her own. Money is tight and I'll take her to a vet if I absolutely must but if I can treat it at home I would much rather do that.

I can't get her to a vet for a few more days, until pay day. But that helps I think. I was thinking maybe it was combination of things. CH (wobbly kitten syndrome) and maybe conjunctivitis which I know is contagious if it is. I just wasn't sure about what could be causing the head. The queen did band one of the kittens heads when moving them when they were very young but it was not hard at all. No different then a person hitting their head on a cupboard. I'm not sure if that could cause head trauma. I looked up Mannitol and it looked like the right medicine. Thank you for the advice! That's more than I've gotten anywhere else! I'll keep you updated!

Mounds as if she has some fluid building up in her head/ brain? This is causing pressure on her eye also is what would cause her balance to be off. Is it possible she suffered some head trauma? The Vet can give her a med I think it's called manitrol but could be wrong( bad memory) but whatever it's called it will reduce the swelling/ pressure poor little thing is likely in pain. Keep us informed please
