My Kittens Symptoms

I don't know what is wrong with my kitten.  Yesterday he was a little inactive, then last night he began having difficutlies breathing.  his condition has worsened  and now he has dialated pupils, white gums, very shallow labored breathing, meows every so often, breathes with his mouth open, refuses food or water, and does not react very much to anything I do.  I live out in the country and there are alot of strays running around as well as poisons.  If this sounds like anything you know of plz let me know ASAP

Take him to the vet ASAP.  I don't know whats wrong with him but it sounds really bad.
Does your country vet operate after hours?

He does not seem to have as much difficulty breathing, although he still moves his head up and down when he breathes. he is very lethargic and collapses all the time.  He is also in pain now, and urinates on himself.  any help would be much apprciated.
