Please help me? :(

My cat is about 7 years old and she is fixed. Since she got fixed I noticed that her stomach is hard and she is overweight so she can't clean herself. Now she pees and poops all over the house. I'm not sure why she does this but I would extremely appreciate it if someone could help me because my mom is getting fed up with her behavior and is most likely going to get her put to sleep. :( Please help?

You might take a look at this med help link, which lists places that offer help when you can't afford the vet: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Cats/RESOURCES-TO-HELP-PAY-FOR-VET-CARE/show/1301863

To be honest, this has actually been happening for a couple of years now. We just assumed that she was using the restroom all over the house because we moved and we also got a new dog (that she hates). And I am pretty sure that we took her to a vet about her stomach before and they didn't say anything was wrong with her. I just think the place we took her to wasn't a very good vet. It just doesn't seem normal and my mother pointed out that her fur is different from our other cat because it isn't soft.

Hi Darrien....I agree with Opus, she needs to be seen, and soon!  Where did you go to have her spayed?  it sounds like a recent spay.  You should contact them and see if they will check her out.  What she's doing isn't normal and sound like some kind of medical issue is going on with her.  I hope you can talk your mom into taking her in.

She doesn't seem to be in pain and I've been trying to convince my mom to take her to the vet but she says she doesn't have to money for it. I will keep trying though and tell her that it could be serious.

sorry just read your post again, you said her stomach is HARD...this is a good indication that there quite likely is an infection going on, please be sure mom takes her in real soon...-(
