cat got spayed few days ok but bit giveb any meds
My 7 month old kitten got spayed a few days ago at first she wouldn't come near me now she won't leave my side. Also when she for discharged I asked vet a bit pain relief and they said she doesn't need any. Is this normal thihgt they got a few days of pain relief?
Yes usually they are given pain meds for 3 days post op, of course they have pain just the same as we do after major surgery, your Vet wasn't very humane, cats do tend to go into hiding when overwhelmed and hurting. Glad she is back to herself now :)
